Description
A continuation of foundational gallery and museum practices through an on-campus internship. Students expand their experience in exhibition coordination, audience engagement, and program development under the supervision of gallery staff. Emphasis is placed on refining professional skills, working collaboratively with artists and curators, and contributing to outreach initiatives.
Prerequisite: ART 290 or ART 291 or ART 292
Note 1: Course is also offered as ART 392 for two semester hours, and ART 391 for one semester hour. The course can be taken twice for credit.
Note 2: All internships must be approved by the department internship coordinator.
