Description
Methods used in immunology labs will be explored including cell culture, microscopy, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, the use of antibotics in protein isolation, and bioassays. Fall, odd years. Prerequisite: Corequisite: BIO 430BIO 206. Note: three hours per week. Students in BIO 341 must be enrolled in, or have completed BIO 430.
