We will consider the etiology, assumptions, and practicality of different theories, and discuss their contributions to criminal justice and social developments, including empirical scrutiny and ongoing debate. This course will provide you with comprehensive insights into the evolution of criminology, the unique aspects of each theory, the commonalities amony theoretical concepts, and the operationalization of theoretical concepts.
