Description
A course providing information pertaining to professional development. The course concentrates on preparing the student for the career market by focusing on such topics as resume writing, interviewing, business etiquette, and the job search. Successful participation in the junior portfolio review is required.
Prerequisite: Junior Status.
This course serves as the Gateway course for Mass Communications. A grade of C- or higher is required for graduation.
This course must be successfully completed before a student can take COM 470.
