Description
Designed to provide the teacher education candidate with opportunity to observe and participate in a classroom in which reading instruction is taking place. The student is assigned to a classroom on a grade level and/or in a subject area appropriate to student?s major. Minimum of 38 hours of observation and participation in the assigned classroom are required. Spring
Prerequisite: Stage 1
Corequisite: Course must be taken concurrently with EDU 361, 363 or EDU 364
Note 1: Pass/Fail grading
Note 2: Practicum assessments are filed in student folders and are always available for review. assessments can also be reviewed with the advisor during advisor/advisee conferences.
