(Introduction to the U.S. Healthcare System)
This course provides students with an overview of the U.S. health care finance and delivery systems. Students will also explore the history and development of the role of public programs (e.g., Medicare and Medicaid), insurers, and employers, the growing role of technology in healthcare, balancing cost, access and quality, as well as the future of U.S. healthcare.
