Description

Student will implement nursing process with individual, families and communities experiencing health related stressors. Focus on advising roles of professional nursing in the health care decision making for promotion and health maintenance of persons throughout the lifespan as they experience acute and chronic illness. Focus on beginning coordination of client care and increasing development of leadership skill and utilization of evidence as resources for planning care.

This course serves as the Gateway course, grade of B- or higher is required for graduation.
