Integrates prior studies in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, and Finance. Views the organization from the vantage point of top management. Focuses on the processes of strategy formulation and execution. Fall, Spring. Prerequisites: MGT 350 and two of the following: FNC 330; MGT 301 or 305. Note: Research paper required.
