Description
This interdisciplinary course is designed to equip students with a critical understanding of failure—not as an endpoint, but as a catalyst for growth, learning, and innovation. Drawing from case studies in business, the arts, science, and personal development, students will deconstruct the psychological and practical dimensions of failure. The course will move beyond traditional academic success metrics to explore the essential role that embracing risk and learning from setbacks plays in achieving long-term personal and professional goals through experimentation and safe failure in the classroom.
Prerequisite: Sophomore standing.
