Description

(Teaching Reading to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing K-12)
A study of techniques used to teach reading to deaf and hard of hearing children. The course includes a survey of current theories and practices in reading instruction for hearing children, as well as methods for diagnosing reading problems in deaf and hard of hearing children. Spring. Prerequisite: Stage I. Corequisite: EDU 360.
