(School Managerial Leadership)
In this course, students will study management practices for school financial systems and strategies for implementing and managing change. Students will review scheduling processes and protocols that address diverse learning needs. Students will study characteristics of effective internal and external communicaiton and will learn to collaborate with others to plan for safety and behavioral procedures.
Prerequisite: Open only to students participating in the MSA cohort program.
